About Lou
As Investment Operations Manager, Lou’s primary responsibilities are overseeing the firm’s trading operations and proactively seeking areas of opportunity across client accounts. After nearly 20 years at Commonwealth Financial Network, where he directly supported Vision Wealth Partners and other independent advisory practices, Lou joined the firm directly in 2026. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
Originally from New Jersey, Lou now resides in Massachusetts with his wife, Michela, and their two sons, Ryan and Tyler. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, tackling home improvement projects, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. A passionate sports enthusiast, he loves playing and coaching his kids’ teams and is an avid fan of New York sports—especially Rangers hockey, Jets football, and Yankees baseball.
